Candlelit Yoga

Service Description

This 75-minute class will take you on a journey of warming the body through a strong dynamic Yoga flow, followed by a softer relaxing practice of restorative poses and longer stretches. The perfect dose of strong and soft! As the evening draws to a close, breathwork will invite the mind and body to fully let go of the day. All held in a cosy atmosphere surrounded by candlelight.
