Starting, or even getting back into moving regularly, can feel daunting. Starting exercise can feel daunting. 1-1 coaching is perfect if you need guidance on where to start, how to do it safely, and most of all, how to enjoy it. Nala focuses on improving people's relationship to movement and exercise to cultivate a sustainable movement practice. As a movement specialist, Nala draws upon a wide range of movement disciplines, including yoga, weight-lifting, pilates, injury rehabilitation and somatic movement to improve mobility and freedom of movement, and create a sense of wellness within.
