A powerful & challenging style of yoga for both your body and mind. Strengthen your heart, challenge your strength and stamina, then enjoy a restorative stretch to end. You will leave feeling invigorated and amazing. This is a strong flowing vinyasa that weaves in mobility practices that will not only increase your freedom of movement, but will build strength and resiliency within your movement practice.
Some experience of a previous vinyasa practice will be helpful for this class.

This class is extremely well balanced promoting better alignment and posture, thus reducing injury. This class will create bodies that move better, feel better and look better. Suitable for all levels.
